This experiential workshop is for anyone feeling out of alignment, depleted, or at a crossroads either personally or professionally. If you’re navigating change, seeking clarity, or wanting to better understand how your mindset, emotions, and energy influence your daily experience, this session offers a grounded and welcoming space to pause, reset, and reconnect. No prior experience with coaching, assessments, or Reiki is required.

This 60-minute workshop blends transformational coaching, Reiki energy, and energy-awareness tools to help you understand how your attitude and energetic lens shape your thoughts, choices, and results especially under stress.

You will be introduced to the Energy Leadership Index (ELI)®, a powerful attitudinal assessment used in professional coaching to measure how you show up energetically, rather than focusing on personality or behavior. This powerful assessment reveals patterns in how you perceive and respond to life while offering insight into where energy is being drained and where greater choice and possibility exist.

Through guided teaching, reflection, and experiential practices, you will:

• Explore the connection between energy, mindset, and self-leadership
• Learn the basics of the seven levels of energy in a relatable, real-life way
• Increase awareness of your own energetic responses during both calm and stressful moments
• Experience how coaching insight and Reiki energy together support clarity, calm, and alignment

This coaching exploration is paired with a gentle group Reiki experience designed to calm the nervous system, clear energetic blocks, and help your insights integrate at a deeper, embodied level.
