Free Sound Bath Experience with Dr. Sharon GE Washington

Join Dr. Sharon G.E. Washington for a free, guided sound bath designed to help your body settle, your mind quiet, and your nervous system reset—right in the middle of a busy, stimulating expo environment.

Sound baths use gentle, live sound instruments to support stress reduction, deep relaxation, and emotional clarity. Many participants describe feeling calmer, more grounded, and more connected to their bodies after just one session. This experience is especially supportive if you’re feeling overstimulated, carrying stress, or simply in need of a pause.

This is not a performance or meditation you have to “do right.” You’ll be guided through light grounding and then invited to rest comfortably while the sound supports your body’s natural ability to downshift.

What You Can Expect

What to Bring

• A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie or sit on

• A pillow and/or blanket for comfort
