We are a family-based therapy center that also utilizes holistic healing modalities to achieve an overall sense of well-being. We believe in not only therapeutic modalities such as EMDR, childhood, and family therapy but also in intuitively guided life coaching and nervous system regulation that can not only help with trauma recovery but also treat the entire person from a mind, body, and spirit aspect, to cultivate an overall better lifestyle and life skills. Some of these modalities include trauma-informed yoga for adults and kids, sound healing, Reiki, meditation, breathwork, and life coaching.
