Jennifer earned a degree in Sports Psychology with a focus on Sports and Exercise Science from William Paterson University. In 2014, she furthered her expertise with numerous certifications in Mental Performance Coaching and Sports Psychology Coach Counseling. Since then, her business has flourished, notably through her eight-session workshop series. This program equips athletes with tools and strategies to overcome obstacles and gain a competitive mental edge, enabling them to achieve their goals with confidence.
In 2024, Jenny launched her clothing line, Hang Tough Mentality, inspired by her personal challenges, which include enduring multiple emergency surgeries, struggling with weight fluctuations in childhood, and overcoming learning disabilities. The brand promotes the value of embracing vulnerability and resilience, emphasizing that self-worth is not defined by external metrics.  Jenny has learned firsthand the importance of resilience, particularly for her children, and she lives by her motto to unapologetically embrace life.
