At Intuitive movement our mission is to empower individuals dealing with pain to better understand their body. With the goal to help them heal, decrease pain, and improve quality of life without the use of injections, medications, or surgery. We use an integrative approach specializing in John F. Barnes myofascial release to help those dealing with pain achieve optimal health and mobility.
